In the northeast area of Milan, the hotel is at 1 km far from the Tangenziale East and 35 minutes far from the exit to Amendola Fair, only 10 minutes far from the Midtown and 50 minutes from the new Rho-Pero Fair, to which it is conveniently connected by subway. To little distance you can find the Polytechnic and the university area, as well as important Hospitals as St. Raffaele, the Tumors Centre, the Neurological Carlo Besta and the Santa Rita Clinic. To reach the Fairgrounds by subway, get the Green Line to Loreto stop (2 stops) and change with the Red Line that in 12 metro-stops (35 minutes) leads you to the entrance of the Amendola Fiera (FieraMilanoCity). If you continue by subway for 8 more stops, you will reach the New Rho-Pero Fair (FieraMilano). To reach Milan´s centre from the Hotel Lugano, get the subway (Green Line 2) after just 2 stops change with the Red Line in Loreto Station. After 5 more stops, you will arrive in Piazza del Duomo near the very famous "La Scala" Theatre, the historical Castello Sforzesco and Milan´s most exclusive shopping district (Montenapoleone / Spiga / Sant´Andrea streets...) where the most important boutiques of world-famous fashion designers are located. By Plane From the Malpensa airport, there are two ways to reach the hotel: 1) Get the Malpensa Express train to Milan Cadorna terminal, then get the subway, green-line 2 towards Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at the Lambrate stop [9 stops]; Our Hotel is near the exit "Via Pacini/Grossich". Walk down Via Pacini to the crossroad with Via Astolfo (about 20 meters) you will reach Hotel Lugano. Travel time: about 50 minutes; 2) Get the "Autostradale" shuttle, which will take you to the Central Train Station. Then get the subway, green-line 2 towards Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at Lambrate stop [4 stops]; Our Hotel is near the exit "Via Pacini/Grossich". Walk down Via Pacini to the crossroad with Via Astolfo (about 20 meters) you will reach Hotel Lugano. Travel time: about 60 minutes; From Milan´s Linate airport, you have two possibilities: 1) Get the Bus 73 to its last stop (Piazza San Babila), change to the subway red-line 1 torwards Sesto FS, and get off at Loreto stop [5 stops]. Then change with green line 2 towards Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at Lambrate stop [2 stops]; Our Hotel is near the exit "Via Pacini/Grossich". Walk down Via Pacini to the crossroad with Via Astolfo (about 20 meters) you will reach Hotel Lugano. Travel time: about 50 minutes; 2) Get the "Zani Viaggi" shuttle (outside the airport) which reaches the Lambrate Railway Station, two minutes on foot far from Hotel Lugano. Travel time: about 30 minutes; From Bergamo´s Orio al Serio airport, get the "Autostradale" Shuttle to the Central Railway Station. Then get the subway, green-line 2 towards Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at the Lambrate stop [4 stops]; Our Hotel is near the exit "Via Pacini/Grossich". Walk down Via Pacini to the crossroad with Via Astolfo (about 20 meters) you will reach Hotel Lugano. Travel time: about 50 minutes; By Train From the Central Railway Station get the subway, green-line 2 towards Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at the Lambrate stop [4 stops]; Our Hotel is near the exit "Via Pacini/Grossich". Walk down Via Pacini to the crossroad with Via Astolfo (about 20 meters) you will reach Hotel Lugano. Travel time: about 15 minutes; If you prefer gettings a bus from Central Railway Station, get the no. 33 tram towards Rimembranze Lambrate. Get off at the stop in Gobetti Square (piazza). Cross the square and you find Via Astolfo, where is our hotel. Travel time: 20 minutes; By Car Leave the Tangenziale Est highway at Lambrate [Exit 8]. Then, turn to your left at the light and go down through Via Rombon. After the tunnel turn to your left at the second light, you are in Via Astolfo. Hotel Lugano is about 50 meters on your left.
